Cohort-based programs in Montréal

Leadership Workshops that reshape how you lead

"The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves — not the titles they hold." — Ray Kroc, paraphrased

We run intimate, twelve-person cohorts that blend behavioural science with real-world practice. Over four intensive days you will dismantle old habits, build new frameworks, and leave with a peer network that lasts years beyond the workshop itself.

How we build lasting leadership habits

Diagnose your baseline

Before day one we administer a battery of assessments — 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence inventory, and a decision-style profile. This gives us a clear picture of where you excel and where growth is waiting. You receive a confidential report that becomes the backbone of your workshop experience.

Immerse in practice

Our workshops are not lecture halls. Seventy percent of the time is spent in live simulations: difficult conversations, crisis decision-making, stakeholder negotiations. Facilitators observe, intervene, and debrief in real time so that learning is immediate and visceral rather than theoretical.

Build your personal framework

Each participant constructs a leadership operating manual — a concise document that codifies their values, communication defaults, and decision heuristics. This artifact travels with you back to the workplace and serves as a living reference you refine over months.

Sustain through peer accountability

After the workshop ends, your cohort continues to meet monthly for six months via facilitated video calls. These sessions keep commitments alive, surface new challenges, and create a network of trusted peers who understand your leadership context deeply.

Measured outcomes from recent cohorts

Fintech scale-up · Montréal
41% fewer escalations

After sending their entire management layer through the emerging leader intensive, this 200-person fintech saw a measurable drop in issues escalated to the C-suite. Managers reported feeling confident handling conflict directly, citing the simulation-based feedback practice as the turning point.

National healthcare network
Employee engagement up 18 points

We partnered with regional directors across four provinces for a series of senior leadership retreats. Within two quarters, their internal engagement survey showed significant gains in trust, communication clarity, and perceived fairness of decision-making processes.

Architecture firm · Québec City
Promoted 5 of 8 participants within a year

The firm enrolled eight senior associates in the coaching arc. Five received promotions to principal within twelve months — not because the coaching guaranteed it, but because the structured reflection helped them articulate and demonstrate readiness their partners could see clearly.

Frequently asked questions

Our facilitation team includes organizational psychologists, former executives, and certified executive coaches. Every facilitator has at least ten years of hands-on leadership experience in addition to their academic credentials. We deliberately pair facilitators with complementary styles so you benefit from multiple perspectives during each program.

Absolutely. We begin every corporate engagement with a discovery phase — interviews with stakeholders, review of internal survey data, and alignment on outcomes. From there we tailor scenarios, case materials, and assessment tools to reflect your industry, culture, and strategic priorities.

Open-enrolment cohorts start at $3,800 CAD per person for the four-day intensive, which includes all materials, assessments, meals, and six months of post-workshop peer sessions. Corporate packages are quoted based on group size and customization scope — reach out and we will prepare a detailed proposal within two business days.

Our home base is in Montréal, Quebec, and most open-enrolment cohorts run at our studio on Neil Shores. For corporate retreats, we work with a curated network of venues across Quebec and Ontario — from boutique hotels in the Eastern Townships to lakeside lodges in Muskoka — chosen for their ability to take leaders out of their everyday environment.

The one-on-one coaching arc is available fully virtually. For group workshops, we strongly recommend in-person attendance because the simulation exercises and spontaneous peer interactions are significantly richer face to face. That said, we have delivered hybrid cohorts for distributed teams and can discuss what that looks like for your situation.

Every participant joins a six-month peer accountability circle that meets monthly via video. You also receive access to our resource library, which includes facilitator-curated reading lists, reflection templates, and recorded masterclasses. Many alumni stay connected through our annual leadership summit held each autumn in Montréal.
